JRC Europe has strengthened its influence on the Russian market by concluding a partnership agreement with Marineq, Ltd. As per today Marineq is the official representative of JRC in Russia and other CIS countries and will supply radio and navigation equipment (including spare parts) and carry out subsequent service. The partnership agreement (Memorandum of Understanding) was signed between Marineq, Ltd and JRC Europe in the office on Dvinskaya Street at the end of May 2019.
In this regard, JRC plans to obtain the necessary certificates of Russian Maritime Register of Shipping and the Russian River Register in a short time.
The management of the group of companies "Marineq" emphasizes their interests in long-term cooperation with JRC. "The partnership with Japan Radio Company (JRC) will allow our company to expand our product portfolio, increase customer value and develop new markets and access to future projects. We plan to significantly increase our sales, thanks to the attractiveness of the Japanese brand in the Russian market – Roman Boychuk comments on the concluded agreement. "The Russian ship equipment market consists of several segments, each of which can provide growth opportunities for our company. It consists of about 24,000 inland vessels and almost 3,000 offshore vessels, as well as vessels of Russian companies in the offshore zone; about 40 large ships under construction annually; development of port VTS; a huge market for small fleets, including a fleet of Emergencies and Fisheries. Marineq has the ability to seize every opportunity due to access to the potential of the world-class brand JRC with products in all these segments Roman Boychuk adds.
Area Sales Manager David van Luijtelaar said; We are confident Marineq can add value to the brand due to the resources and considerable experience of the company in Russia. Marineq has a highly professional team of engineers, system solutions developers, marketing resources, a network of branches, and most importantly, a large pool of clients, whose number are rapidly growing. We look forward to growing our markets together and to building on a new partnership for Russia.
