Als Servicecoördinator ben jij de spil tussen onze klanten, servicemonteurs en interne afdelingen. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het aannemen, plannen en coördineren van serviceverzoeken voor onderhoud en reparaties aan boord van zeeschepen, binnenvaartschepen en land-gebaseerde communicatiesystemen. Je zorgt ervoor dat de juiste servicemonteur wordt toegewezen, houdt toezicht op de voortgang en bewaakt de marges en klanttevredenheid.

Als Magazijnmedewerker ben je verantwoordelijk voor het efficiënt uitvoeren van processen volgens procedures, documenten en planning. Je wordt het eerste aanspreekpunt van het Projectenmagazijn. Je werkt in een team van totaal 13 collega’s. Je rapporteert aan de Teamleader Warehouse & Logistics.

The primary responsibility of a Marine Service Engineer is to install, service, and repair electronic equipment on board of ships. Test, adjust, and troubleshoot components, PCBs, sub-assemblies, and antennas. Utilize their knowledge of electronic theory and circuitry to address a variety of technical problems. They will make intelligent use of complex schematics, blueprints, and manuals to accurately achieve results. Upon completing of their tasks, the technician will compose a detailed service report.
