COVID-19 virus precautions

In advance, we would like to inform you of the following; Due to the COVID-19 virus, we have to take precautions. As mentioned by the Dutch Government and WHO we must take our responsibility in preventing the spread of the virus. Therefore, we have to inform you that at a certain point we might be forced to postpone our training courses. Please be aware that in our Terms of Agreement it is stated that we reserve the right to cancel the training without a refund. When already paid for a training course we will not charge you again for the same training in 2021.

To comply with the recommendations of the authorities each trainee has to inform his/her whereabouts during the last 14 days prior attending the training in order to be allowed participation. All training courses that are now planned will go ahead unless otherwise informed. We are sorry for the inconvenience, and we all hope to stay in business as usual.

• E-learning

  Wil je een opleiding volgen op een plek en tijd die jou uitkomen? JRC en Alphatron Marine bieden u online e-learningcursussen aan. Je hebt ongeacht de locatie toegang tot informatie en e-training, precies wat je nodig hebt om ervoor te zorgen dat je vaardigheden up-to-date zijn. Wanneer het theoretische deel van de online training is voltooid, ontmoet je je instructeur en andere studenten in een online klaslokaal en / of in een face-to-face klaslokaal, afhankelijk van de specifieke cursus. Assessments en examens maken deel uit van het programma, deze worden online of offline aangeboden.

• Operationele trainingen

  Wanneer een schip wordt uitgerust met nieuwe apparaten, is het essentieel voor bemanningsleden om de specifieke kenmerken van deze apparaten te leren. We horen vaak zelfs de meest ervaren kapiteins en navigatie officieren zeggen dat ze baat hebben bij dit type training, omdat verschillen tussen merken, producten en software ervoor zorgen dat elk apparaat anders werkt. Onze gecertificeerde instructeurs bieden u de nieuwste tips en trucs voor het gebruik van onze apparatuur die vaak moeilijk te begrijpen zijn met alleen handleidingen. Operationele training kan plaatsvinden (wereldwijd) aan boord van uw schip of in een van onze klaslokalen. Dit type training is beschikbaar voor iedereen die geïnteresseerd is.
