Rotterdam, The Netherlands, 18 April 2019 – JRC/Alphatron Marine is proud to announce the introduction of our new GPS navigators, the JLR-8400 and JLR-8600. Both JLR-8400 and JLR-8600 are reliable and accurate GPS navigators which carry the same JRC DNA with uniform design and intuitive, trusted operation.
The compact JLR-8400 GPS navigator is compatible with Multi GNSS and will provide accurate position data even in Arctic area, without SBAS and beacon. The new JLR-8600 combined with Alphatron Marine’s trusted 6.5-inch touch display will locate the vessels position with high accuracy utilizing JRC’s newly designed multi-GNSS sensor, providing the clients with the comfort of an intuitive operational approach. Customers are ensured of accurate positioning without compromise.
The JLR-8400 and JLR-8600 are part of the ProLine package and available via our JRC/Alphatron Marine offices, the existing network of distributors or newly appointed ProLine resellers around the world.

Group size expanded for ECDIS training due to considerable demand
10 februari 2014 - Following the considerable market demand for the non-academic ECDIS training (IMO model course 1.27) by Alphatron Marine, we have expanded the size of the group from 4 to 8 participants for each course from 1 January 2014. Replacing rate-of-turn indicators due to new legislation
